Re: Got my first Cornford amp today - Roadhouse 30 Head

Yes what I came up with is this. Goto http://www.cornfordusa.com Upper Right hand corner tick STORE I have Pauls original logo, and my 2 logos, the Flag and the Hockey USA Logo. Enjoy! Does anyone else here in the UK think this a little sad, that we have to order merchandise from the USA for a Brit...

Re: MK50ii with 2x12 or 1x12?

1x12 is always going to sound better, as there is no phase cancellation happening between the speakers. Surely there would be no phase cancellation if the speakers are not connected out of phase...... :problem: Anyway, bottom line is I had band rehearsal yesterday using a 1x12 again and I was lovin...

Re: Still Loving my Mk 50 II

Great to hear, I still love my old MK50 too. I've been wondering lately where all the Cornford owners have gone these days? Still loving my MK50 II as well! Good to see some familiar names still on here too  Me too lads! Collections of Corn fed amps increasing still, but MK50ii still at the t...

MK50ii with 2x12 or 1x12?

Ok lads, this was my Dali Lama. I had only ever run my MK50ii through a 2x12 (actually, my Hellcat combo speakers. This provides the added value of backup amp and is smaller than the 2x12 cab I bought and have not yet used). So, I tried plugging the MK into the Carrera speaker in my home studio, and...

Re: Rack units & Mk50 ii

Hey Guys, I'm a very happy MK50 ii owner - I've finally found my tone and I do not want to mess with a good thing. Up till now, been using a delay & Reverb pedal with analouge dry through signal with great effect. Here's the question, do rack effect units such as the TC Electronic G Major 2 or G Fo...

Re: How many pins does the mk50II footswitch need?

Hi Aron I don't remember the exact cable, I just bought some 6-core cable from an electronics shop. You could easily make this just as a cable. You would need to use quite thin wire because the 4 ground wires would have to be twisted together and soldered to the centre pin on the DIN connector. Exa...
