Re: Would you ever buy a new CORNFORD now?

I still have my Hellcat, my buddy who I play with still has his MK50II and I'd love one too. Would I buy a new Cornford? Maybe not since MK designed the originals and it was the originals that I fell in love with, like the Hurricane, MK50 and Hellcat.

Cathode biased EL84, plug and play. You don't need to bias it.

Re: Hellcat preamp valve selection. Help?

Hi I always thought the Hellcat was a gain monster!? I saw Roger Waters on Bastille day years ago at Magny Cours and Dave Kilminster was using his Hellcats then...sounded phenomenal! Never played one myself though yet... Anyway...back on track....I seem to be out of kilter with most Cornford users ...

Hellcat preamp valve selection. Help?

So I've owned my Hellcat (combo) for just over a year now and in just over a month going to be gigging it full time. I'm not exactly in a financial position to be able to really splash out but I feel It might be worth my time to look into this now. Currently it has a few JJ valves in there, of which...

Re: END of the CORNFORD Line - BREAKING NEWS!

Andertons have been selling a lot of Cornford amps, if production stopped in April 2012 they must have had a very big stockpile, Andertons went out of stock with the MK50II in early march (this year) and had 3 more in stock by the 20th of that same month, one of which was bought by a good friend of ...

Re: Why ?

Neither Paul nor I have said the line is ending. No presence in the media for years, no amps being produced and the guy that designed your amps has gone elsewhere(Victory amps), the main dealer in the only country where you can still buy them new has announced there will not be any more. The fact t...

Re: NOAD!

Doing another check exact thing it sais is HCC-0025, meaning Hellcat Combo - 0025 I would assume. So I think that would be the difference!
