If it sounds like "ROADHOUSE 30", then the price of it is obviously overestimated.

The comparison is apple and pears....

RH30 head
Not compact/portable,
doesn't step down from 30w
only has a single channel with footswitchable boost
6L6 based

V30
Compact/portable
Steps down twice (30/7w and then single side mode)
two footswitchable channels
EL34 based

There's no reason to think there's any connection between the two because they're clearly completely different amps so why is it so absurd to pay a couple of hundred extra for extra low power options, two channels and portability?
